For almost the entire trip this is a paved road ride, heading west out of Antigua.
We will wind through all sorts of sub-tropical towns, villages, passing many
sugar plantations. The last 6 miles or so are hard-packed sand and is not difficult
to ride on with any kind of bike. Great surfing and a great place to chill out. Accommodations start at Q80 ($10) per person. We plan to stay one night and
then ride back together to Antigua the next afternoon.
